Historical Info:
The Leopard 1 is a main battle tank of the Federal Republic of Germany. Development was started in 1956. The first prototypes were built in 1965 at the Krauss-Maffei factory. The Leopard 1 saw service in the armies of more than 10 countries.

him getting hit needlessly at the end by the arty was so emblematic of his lucky play.......he hits the arty once.....and then doesn't even move...lets the arty line him up and shoot...got SO lucky....unbelievable.

He played brilliantly...right until the last shot! He had time to get behind a bush, but he got closer in the open and got spotted. If the 261 had gotten a few more hp with his last shot...game over man!

@@zonta71 In real life leo made it to the modern day, it is still in service. In game, it is leo, because of superior mobility and firepower. FV would work more against stationary targets. The gun was made for ships and honestly put on a bad platform. FV is only about the gun and even so the gun is pretty situational and its practicality is questionable specially with the introduction of spaced and composite armor. Its just a ww2 thing that would struggle to get passed the 1970s battle field. Edit: i know my English is horrible but it's under construction 🙂

Половину боя катался не понятно где, пока игроки с левого фланга убивали его команду. А потом наконец-то додумался, что там никого нет.😂

I started playing wot with this tank. It was a bad idea. It ruined my gun handling experience with later tanks. Sure, strv has better gun accuracy(but not by much), but gun play...naahh, leo 1 gun is the best compromise in the game.
