Given the 4 cabin charter designs which dominate the market which my wife really doesn’t like, what’s the realistic cost and or difficulty to convert to an owners type version with a much larger bathroom and storage? For a cool 1/4 Mill..... I expect a bit better fitting and luxury!!! The stove is not gimbaled but still nice!! Is there room for a gas grill!?

Nice boat in need of some TLC? - looks like numerous components need replacement such as the rusted hinges on most of the external compartments, rope & rigging, engine accessories, galley components including stove etc. Are there marinas that take on a refurbishing project like this and show it on RU-vid?

Nice boat. Videography could use some improvement though Wiley. Not being ugly or insulting, just constructive criticism. Not so many close-ups, or at least back away after the close-ups to give a broader picture of the features and layout of the vessel. It makes her look tiny when you just do close-ups of everything. Shooting a video vs just photos on a listing is a GREAT idea though. P.S. - Wish I had your job, are you guys hiring?? :)

Thanks Wiley. when did Leopard move the engines aft instead of under the aft berth. I do not remember seeing a generator. Can the solar control system handle more panels? This is in my price range and I love Leopards but I am not sure about the wet heads, all newer Leopards seem to have separate shower stalls.

You might want to pull your camera up closer to eye level, especially in the smaller areas like down in the cabins as we end up staring at the raised mattress rather than the cabin. You might also want to do a couple overlays with information like when pointing at the engines (Yanmar 40hp with x engines hours - side note your page details two different engine specs) or sails (Genoa, installed x year). She looks like she needs a bit of TLC, clean on the surface but well used as you would expect.

Anyplace one can find TRUE performance comparisons between similar size cats for similar type loads and sail conditions - i.e. comparing the new lagoon 50 with the FP Saba 50 in same sailing conditions, loads (water, fuel, 3 or 4 cabin version) etc. Which hull design slams more, which is faster, better maneuver etc. in same condition, overall build quality comparison, which holds value best?

Nice used boat :) add a water maker , 2 engine rebuilds to get back to "0" hours What is the 3rd sink called in galley ? if it has a Drain in bottom , that is an awesome idea for a drying dishes sink and Wiley thank you for comments below about converting a "head" to a laundry room , also one could double as a wet locker :) honestly, i never had thought of that :) Find the bedroom you like sleeping in , then a work room and walking in closet / dry goods for the missus for 2 of them and still a spare for guests :)
