In Japan, numerous English words are used mainly in games and anime. English words that Japanese people use because they think the words sound cool, like labyrinth, are often famous (e.g., violet and azure). Translated by DeepL

Axia has been trying to speak lots of English too thanks to Detroit, I hope he gets to do this too 😆 (but my image of him tho, even when he is competitive, he won’t get into things he doesn’t have much confidence in)

I was somewhat aware of it before, but Leo's English is also quite revealing of Japanese grammar/sentence structure. eg. EN: Thank you for watching today! Japanese order in the sentence would be, "today - watch - thank you"

I was trying to think of ways to show how he pronounces the words or how he thinks of his phrasing, but I don’t want to deliberately misspell things. I thought this might be the best way to show that without having to do lots of notes too haha. Glad you like the little details 😆

Taking the context, his English makes sense! Leos is very creative to think of words to describe what he feels/thinks the current time. 🤗

I am a Japanese studying English. I have a question. 0:32 "was not he able to convey what is said?" Does this translation means Shu is saying that what Leos is saying isn't being convey to chat? If so, I think it's wrong. Or does it have a meaning that I can't understand in a literal translation?

He meant positively here, same as, "He was able to convey it, wasn't he?" Probably weird phrasing in English from me during that time I was subbing this, but it's a confirmatory question from Shu, I believe!
