Some time ago I received a video sent by my flight partners in which this model appeared, it was
of the model built by Jhon Woodfield, and from the first moment I fell in love with the flight of this magnificent glider.
I quickly started looking for the map and found it on the Outerzone website (outerzone.co.uk/plan_details..... The original model is from an airplane model named Dick Twomey.
This version of John Woodfield is modified in some things with respect to the original plan, I think it has been a success
on his part, so I've built it practically following in his footsteps, and well the result has been fantastic. In the end it has come out with a wingspan of 2.6 meters, perfect.
Congratulations John for that great job.

Un velero genial, adaptado del vuelo libre, en nuestro club queremos hacernos varios socios uno cada uno, y algún día hacer un encuentro de velero RC de esta época, con solo 2 canales. Buen video! Y bravo por animarte a construirlo , tiene que volar de fábula! A nosotros nos inspiró también el amigo John woodfield, que además es muy amable! Un saludo😉✌️

es verdad lo que dices, muy amable de verdad, a mi me respondiò con mucho altruismo, dandome las indicaciones donde encontrar el sito de los planos, es un modelo de un vuelo relajante, un abrazo de un Argentino que vive en Milano it.

It has a few modifications, the first and most obvious is the wing, in the original plane is above the fuselage, in this model rests on it, the dihedral has also been removed from the wing tips, and the tail is also built more big the height, with the original of the plane is airplane took more time to respond to the controls, the rest is practically the same.

Hello, I hope to see you flying that machine very soon, my glider weighs 2.6 kg, you can get it to weigh much less, it depends on the materials used, mine concretely I was a bit heavy from the back, so I had that put a lot of weight on the nose. Good luck with your projec

Hello, sorry for not answering before, I had forgotten. My plane is weighing about 2 kg 300 grams, the horizontal plane of the tail that was heavier than I had anticipated, so I had to add extra weight in the nose.

I love it and would like to build one - wing span looks a little to big for me though are their plans for a scaled down version - Will get Mr Google to search for plans and possible kit...joe
