So Ghrelin ironically increases Cortisol? From my understanding, Cortisol increases Leptin and decreases appetite. So Ghrelin causes stress and ironically decreases appetite? Maybe it has to do with acute vs chronic stress?
@@jeremygalloway1348this is just what I would think off the top of my head and not backed scientifically, but I’d think it would be different for most people. Yk how some people binge eat during stressful times and some people just stop eating in general? That’s basically how I think of it. Then again this is just opinion but hope it helps (:
Why would you want to gain more weight? Your body is working perfectly if you do not have a lot of fat on your body. If you want to increase muscle eat more protein and do weight training and HIIT training.
@@ginoasci2876 there must be some sources of protein and fiber that you can tolerate, you just need to keep looking, if not then you should go check on your food intolerances and allergies.
