I saw this cast 4 times in six weeks, with one of those performances filled with understudies. Amena as Eponine straight kills it. Her energy is infectious. I sat second row center for the last show, and she sang directly at me for almost a minute of On My Own. I was star struck.

I have just listened to this again and absolutely love it. I went to see Les Mis again a couple days ago and the cast on this recording is the closest to the cast I saw at the theatre with the exception of Val Jean and Thenardier. It is so good to have this to bring back the memories of that night. Stewart Clarke is phenomenal and definetely one of my favourite Javerts.

You’re incredible! Thanks to you I discovered Stewart Clarke who is my favorite Javert ever and last weekend I flew from Iceland to London just to see him perform (he was amazing of course) and I also got to meet him after the show! Here for the cast appreciation and this is my first time listening to Lulu as Cosette and she sounds so nice! I went when Phoebe was Cosette and she was amazing dont get me wrong, but Lulu is just as amazing!

Just letting you know... I've not been able to get over Les Mis since last week when I saw it live in the Sondheim for the first time. I've listened to the soundtrack every day now and this video is my favorite of them to play. ❤

Wow, this cast sound amazing! What a talented group of performers when I enjoy them so much just from an audio recording. I imagine seeing them live in person is 10 times better. Thanks so much for sharing this so those of us who can't go can at least get a taste of how Les Mis is doing currently!

I really don’t know as this was my first time seeing the new cast so I don’t know for sure who was singing the factory girl lines, i’m sorry, but hopefully i’ll figure out in the future x

⁠⁠⁠⁠@@zezzy101 I think I’ve found ! I’ve seen an Insta story of this performance’s finale. The girl bowing at Ellie Ann’s placement is the swing, Sophie May Feek ! I thought it was her but I just saw that Jessica Johns-Parson (currently Hair Crone) is also « 1st cover Factory Girl ». What I think is that Jessica played Factory Girl and then, switched for her usual track (if you listen, Factory Girl and Hair crone in Lovely Ladies have actually the same voice) and Sophie May Feek took over Ellie Anne Lowe’s track for the rest of the show (she might be the one singing « Children of the barricade who didn’t last the night » in Turning). 😊 Not sure 100%

i don’t know the reason, but i think it was the week brad performed a couple days before, and chris the day before, so i think killian took a few days off in a row
