i feel like the trailer downplays how incredibly moving this show is-equal parts deeply moving and relatable and seriously funny.

Mum was my favorite. Lesley and Peter Mullen were so amazing. Not a big TV fan, but I was floored on how good it was

The fact that something like BritBox has given us a situation where an actress from a British show can go over there and be interviewed on Broadway for bloody RU-vid is weird. It’s cool that you’re learning there’s more to us than Faulty Towers.

Having ONLY watched the dubbed version in French...,I think that there should be a possibility for either director or owner of the work, to prevent the "dubbing" and opting for Subtitles....

That's surprising! We just watched it on arte, but with the original tone and french subtitles. You just have to change the settings!

I agree. She is so articulate and it's like he did not prepare at all for the interview. She's giving him so much information to bounce off and he's just not grabbing it ...

Very strange comment. He is always very well prepared and this was no exception: he is a fan of her work from the early Mike Leigh films onwards and that informed his questions.
