I heard this vdeo 7 years ago at my youth camp and gave my love life up to God. I still haven't met my earthly prince, but I do enjoy such a lovely relationship with my heavenly king, Jesus. I do wish that more women would watch this and hear Leslie's story.
I read their book 10 years ago when when I was 15 and started to pray for my future husband. 7 years later I met my husband and got married. I'm so happy I read that book and other books similar to that. Their experience and advices are so precious! To keep yourself clean until marriage in our times is just something nearly impossible and yet there are girls out there who have their values and hold on tight to them! When God writes your love story, your marriage become the Paradise! :)

Never give away any virtue at all, or it will always leave you with regret in the end... all intimacy is meant to be within the safe boundary of marriage.... I have noticed that it is possible to nurture something which can lead to regret...be uncompromising in what you allow your eyes to see and what you allow yourself to do. Repentance is powerful when it is real and God is merciful, faithful and always wants what is best for us xx
i know that this was a year ago and I know that you are directing your question at Leslie, I just wanted to hop on and say that God talks to people in different ways, through dreams, visions, other people, supernatural voices etc, and it probably wont be the same for two different people, but he does speak! Never doubt that and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. God makes it evident in scripture that he does in fact speak to people. "he who has ears let him hear", "and if you hear his voice today do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion." . john 10:27-28, Romans 10:17, Hebrews 4, Jeremiah 33:3, Hebrews 1 and so on. The way God speaks to my brother and dad is through journaling, my brother and dad write out their questions to God or they will simply write "Your servant is listening" and with their hearts softened and ready to receive what God has to say, God speaks. That's what used to work for me and still does on occasion, however God speaks a little more directly to me, He just talks, I hear his voice in the front of my mind, sometimes distinctly other times his voice is faint, but still there. As for you going through the same thing as Leslie, girl, keep fighting. It's worth it! I'm probably younger than you and have never been in a relationship, but I can see that it's worth the wait. Purity is worth the wait. Your future husband is worth the wait. No, I've never been through it and I have no idea just how hard it is to stay pure, I do know what it feels like to be patient for a husband though! I have no idea where you are at in your life now, a year later, but if you read this comment I would love to know how you're doing, ways that i can be praying for you and how you are handling waiting for a husband if you are still waiting that is (;
If search for Him with your whole heart you will find Him. If you call to Him, He will answer you somehow, just keep asking and trusting that He will ...and it will happen xx
