Excellent work Doc. You really know what exactly you are doing. One of the best docs... I have a small question please answer. What happens after surgery I mean the tear or hole in the disc remains there so the inner material might again come out with slight wrong movement. I hope I am wrong but is surgery the permanent fix plzzz answer how you make sure this doesn't happen in future (tear or reherniation)

No, a normal disc is white. I use methylene blue dye which makes the blue color.

Its really a damn shame that our insurance companies will not pay for this procedure. There a lot of people (like me) who have a virtual knife stuck in their backs on a daily basis - and do not have the funds to pay for this out of pocket. its the world we live in.

​@@amirardalan840Someone I know had to go to er and get admitted to hospital during Covid, he almost died, had a ton of blood clots, lots of antibiotics and blood thinners and constant oxygen. Was there 13 days. He got a 68 thousand dollar bill.

Great question! I use a dye called methylene blue that dyes the annular tear blue.

This guy went and did a discectomy even though there was no nerve impingement based on the MRI scans. Patient got scammed.

No scam here the tear itself is toxic,,you must be one of the clueless drs i wasted my money on,,this is a life saving procedure that too many drs are not aware of nor do they care as long as their huge salaries come in
