Roger wasn't initially a bassist. He was a guitarist and didn't know how to play bass. When he joined Less Than Jake, he ended up learning how to play bass on the fly. It's probably why his bass lines are some of the more memorable ones. He doesn't play the bass like he's a bassist. He plays the bass like he's a lead guitarist. That's about as well I can describe Roger. Lol.
This is absolutely killer man, to think he sings and does this. Love your channel by the way, very very similar taste in music so always stoked but not surprised when I see you covered a song I want to hear. You make me wanna get better on bass.
