I could listen to Keith all day. Love when he moves his left shoulder up and down getting the beat going. " Then he, "Says Oh Yeah " He is an amazing professional teacher. My favorite song got to get it .
Wonderful lessons ... so thorough and well presented. Keith's delivery is so personable and clear. One of the bonuses with Keith's lessons is WOW .. can he sing !
Oh Wow Keith. I started playing in the late 50’s. Joined The New Christy Minstrels in 1965 and then had a duo called Eric & Errol with the song “Me about You” in 1968. Love your music, but never watched one of your lessons until now. I’m 83, and it’s never too late.
Fishbowl! Mastering American classics and teaching of them takes a true skilled musician. Thank you for caring to be a guide for musicians throughout the immense worldly stage of musical talent, potential and future students. Lovely work.
I'm so excited! Just found your lessons. What an opportunity to learn from a champion. Your lessons are fantastic an I will probably do most of them. Thank you so much Keith.
I'm not in your league. I am a beginner due to COVID-19 stay at home order. Man, I like your lesson. I'm doing my best to impress my wife and 2 children (7 years old and 10 months old). You gave me plenty, my brothers, in that lesson. Thanks.
I learnt this on Bass as a walking exercise with a major scale. Never dreamt I could do it on my acoustic (which I'm a bit clumsy with). Fantastic teaching style. I have both this and "Ain't no Sunshine" in hand now. Thank you!
Dido..with everything everyone says about these lessons..I think it's so cool a guy like this takes the time to help beginners like me learn how to play..way to go Keith..you have a new fan... Thank you so much !
Your lessons so motivated me most of all you said just play ,the Aha moment came to me when i sent my daughter a recording of Margaritaville done by me and she was Wow ..Dad you sound and play so Kool ,From a man who people called Tone deaf i am stumming away and pelting out songs.....Thank You...
Love these lessons. It's a totally different approach than most. Thanks. You are so generous in sharing what you know. It is helping me to learn so much. THANK YOU! sensational breakdown of lesson
Thank you, Keith. Such a kind and generous lesson, from a fabulous guitarist, great singer, and "down to Earth" guy! Some nice work at the Grey Cup in Calgary last weekend as well. Take care.
A great lesson. Thanks a lot. And you are a very good teacher. Plus this channel has a great structure in doing a tutorial. Keep it going! Thats high quality here :)
Awesome. Honestly, I listen to mostly classic rock so I haven't seen a lot of country music concerts. Amazing guitar player and hope you come to Canada, namely Saskatchewan, sometime and we'll definitely go. Thanks Keith.
Keith I've respected you and thought so many great things about you, then we see the Owl on ur right shoulder. I pray you didn't sell out to the dark side for fame and fortune like so many others in Hollywood or the record business
I'm 70, and going strong. Got a few songs under my belt, but I can't carry a tune in a bucket. Keep at it, you'll get there. Try to play with others, it's more fun that way, and you'll ge there faster. Good luck!
Hello Again, Please, help to understand when the Vamps are played? Watching the lesson at 1:32 there is a close up and I did not see no vamps there just the regular palm muting ans percussive slaps. I think the vamps are played at 1:43 and if I am correct these are played on beat 1 and on the "and" after beat 2? Right? And then on beat 2 and beat 4 just the slaps? Also for these slaps do I hit the stings with the pick or just the nails? Thank you!
wonderful lesson. but as a beginner , i confuse that the strum pattern Keith actually played is not same with that he introduced at the beginning of the video. what is the strum pattern for the song. .....
