Thank you for the detailed answer. Could you please recommend me some literature about functional anatomy in order to understand which targets to aim for, what impact the strikes might have depending on the force, technique and the weapon. And on the flip side, if I am trying to avoid fatal injuries, what targets are disabling but more appropriate to the shifted context. I am attending university, so I may be able to get into some classes on anatomy - I imagine medical introduction to anatomy would be better suited than purely biological, but perhaps some classes on biomechanics for physical therapists would be even better. What would you recommend, please? Looking forward to the next lesson.
