I like how even if you’ve already saw the full beginners series and you watch this anyway, you still leave with a cripple creek break that’s a little bit different, but still just as easy as the ones in the original cripple creek videos. Nice touch

For some reason my slide sounds different than yours when I slide it down. Yours is smooth and mine isn’t. Could I be using too much pressure or not fast enough? Thanks!

Could be all of the above or just about anything. It’s not something that you can expect to just do. It’s going to take time and practice to get it smooth.

I had the same problem and it was actually the opposite of what I think I’m hearing here. I was sliding way too fast. Or I should say, too soon. Took a while to realize I needed the note to ring a bit longer before sliding up.

Hey i just bought a banjo. Been watching the video. I have a problem, my left hand is crippled, i can use the thumb and the index finger but slightly. Question can i play music on the banjo using a slide? Will you make a video using it for me to see?
