shifting is great but as someone who does boxing and some mma...if you guy times you with a shot doing it....good night...i got my nose broken like that.....and by the way in russian boxing its done all the time
yeah some boxing pro does that but is not at all safe , and practicly useless , and in real boxing fight will get your ass kicked ( cuz you are not ggg or pirog ) ... i have a cuban boxing trainer , once i have done that he got so angry at me and started to yell like crazy haha
