Straight to the point! I teach you how to make a custom wig using the sewing machine. In this last lesson of the series, you will learn how to reinforce your closure using the sewing machine, double your tracks, and sew your tracks/wefts onto a dome mesh cap without lumps.
I’m using a 5x5 closure in this tutorial. However, this method works for any size closure.

2024 Thank u so much Ma'am watched your videos (Very detailed 😊) and completed my wig its not as perfect but its my first but i accomplished it measurements in all will try another soon (U no the problem my mannequin head was an Inch to big Got the wrong size so it caused the wig to be loose so I'll get the right size head and try another style 😅❤

Thank you for taking the time to film these tutorials. They are extremely detailed and informative. I do have a question. How is the cap still able to fit the measurements you previously used without having to stretch it on the sewing machine since the cap had to be stretched in the wig block to fit your measurements?

When you remove the cap from the block after making the measurements, doesn’t it change the measurements when you take it off to sew on a machine?

You don’t have to change it. I don’t change it unless I’m teaching so that you can see the needle. Also, a lot of people change it because it’s easier to double tracks with the open toe. It’s totally up to you.
