Best way to solve this problem is to increase your prices. To the point where you only pick up the amount of work that you can handle and when you do it's top quality work.
Fair point, but we already have on ad hoc work. When the quality of your work attracts more people you're still met with the same result. It's the season for fallen leaves isn't it..? Such is life..juice problem to have for sure.
Sounds like you need another member of staff to cover for holidays etc. It's so easy for a customer to throw the blame on who ever touched part of their property last for any issues that come to light. We just have to stay calm and not rise to their bait.
Indeed, we're looking at restructuring again and we'll see what money there is. But it is my long term goal to get another bod in so I can move off the tools. Just a matter of time and planning. Hope you're well buddy
