Wow Mr. Eric Roberson, I have never had that one in my life, I am a 49 soon to be 50 yr single father of a 20 yr daughter and a 14 yr son. I to have looked to the sky so many times with tears streaming, asking the question, am I not meant to experience the true love of another? Is it not meant for me? And why not? I'm the type that experiences and love music on a profound and spiritual level. I believe its the universal language we should all communicate in. We found each other again in the spring of 2017. We got engaged on December 31, 2019. The Pandemic shut down wedding plans. We planned to get married finally on December 31, 2021. He planned to sing this to me at our wedding. He transitioned on October 23, 2021. He gave me the best years of my life. Eric sang this Sunday night at the Music Box in Cleveland OH with me sitting at his feet at the edge of the stage. The tears streamed down my face and my heart was full because in my mind I didn't hear Eric I heard my love, Michael's scratchy voice sing to me. RIH love.

At 53 being single for more then a decade , many lonely nights , holidays alone , single mother raising 2 teenage boys both in high school to caring for my special needs grandson , God was preparing me & always in the midst of every Lesson I’ve learned never gave up hope to meet my forever , Well god answered my prayers , 3 years ago I met my my handsome Handsome & through these tough times living in this pandemic life we’ve managed , we lived together for a year after his retirement he’s been gone for another year taking care of his elderly parents over seas in Caribbean islands well they finally opened up the borders & he payed me a surprise visit .. I finally opened up & let him stay in my home , what a beautiful time we had . Mind you I hadn’t let no one in since my divorce over 15 years ago , I love this man with all my heart & know he’s the one .. needed prayers for us , we talk everyday morning night & many FaceTime calls .. can’t wait to be in his arms again .. it’s these Lessons

First time hearing this song today 5-11-2022. Briefly dated a guy when I was 19 and he was 21 in 1995. It was a quick love affair , circumstances kept us apart at the time. After 2 or 3 months of dating I vanished from the scene only for me to resurface when I was 40 in 2015 and then we both were married had children divorced and gone through terrible relationships. We Briefly would see each other then I moved again for my career only to come back to my hometown in 2019. My cousin was throwing a baby shower and this guy's niece was the MC I said to her I know your family. She said no but my cousin said tell her who your uncle is. This was 3-5-2022 26 years layer from when we first got together. And it's a beautiful thing. He said I finally got my woman back my wife to be. It's been great
I hear this song and know my Mother and Grandmother in heaven spoke to someone up there to send me the perfect man to keep me on the right track. I met him after losing them and went to stay with my uncle in New Jersey I came up from Ga. I took one look and knew he was the one. We have been together for 53 years. He spent 30 years in the Marines and we stayed together and our life and love got stronger. This song just lets me know how Blessed I am. Thank you Mr. Roberts for this song.
