@@oireal7261 Remake Left 4 Dead with better graphics and Back 4 Blood is definitely inferior. The sad thing is that there's so much wrong with the game that could be fixed easily such as better characters, better maps, and just make the game more memorable then I would respect the game. But think about it WHO KNOWS THE NAMES OF THE CHARACTERS WITHOUT LOOKING AT THEM!!

@@longliveyheking98 Hahaha I love players like that in these types of games. I don't know if you've played Vermintide, but it's more or less Warhammer Fantasy L4D. Now, there's a character - the Elf, Kerillian. She's constantly memed as the character every brainlet picks a.k.a. Big Brain Elf Main. I can't tell you how many Elves I've seen run way ahead of teams while we're medding and gathering supplies, getting tomes and grimoires for bonus rewards. Then the Elf gets caught out alone, killed, rages at us for not keeping pace with her despite knowing that tomes and grimss exist (at least I assume they know, maybe I'm giving them too much credit), and then promptly quits the lobby.

@@stankobarabata2406 played it a bit but then got side tracked by destiny by the time I felt in the mood to play it it was getting taken off gamepass, at least b4b is here now.

Don’t know how many times a team I join activate the finale and don’t do any of the objectives…it’s mind blowing.

Loss aversion seems broadly applicable in all human psych. Economic studies are the easiest way to show it. Effectively people put about twice the emotional weight on a loss as they do a gain. Losing $100 sucks about as much as gaining $200 rocks. I'd assume same goes for XP

a fresh l4d like experience for people who played the shit out of left for dead but still want more of that type of game,this game is just the perfect thing.

Yeah me too, honestly don't have too much faith in Turtle Rock since Evolve. I think most of the magic of the Left 4 Dead games came from collaborating with Valve and less from Turtle Rock. Turtle Rock are good at ideas and creativity but they need someone to give them structure and a proper foundation to work on, it really looks like a lot of that help came from Valve and I just don't think they have what it takes on their own as a company anymore which is a shame.

I remember watching a video about this. A true 50% chance isn't a hit every other shot, you'd be just as likely to hit 4 times in a row as you'd be to miss 7 times in a row, and that wouldn't be as fun for the player

I wish I could love Destiny 2, but it takes an MMOs worth of time to get into, and other mmos do the grinds much better so id rather go play FF14. sure the shooting is satisfying but everything encompassing the shooting is just an MMO.

I hate D2 so much. Anyways I'm going to try to get 1k voices again

I quit D2 for 2 main reasons. I started playing Destiny at Taken King. I didn't play Year 1, I heard about it's terirble release, but when I joined... It was basically my favorite game ever. I'm not gonna bore you with the romanticising and nostalgia, but one huge difference is: #1) When I would log in, I wouldn't be assaulted with 10,000 tasks that I needed to do or I would fall behind/miss out. I had 3 characters, and all I had to do was nightfall and the most recent raid (3 times) on wednsday. Everything else that I wanted to do I could do as much as I want, as often as I want. Do I want the other color of glowy cloak for my Hunter. I'll run that strike 20 times back to back. I'm bored of that, do 20 games of PvP. Bored of that? Spam some other thing for a weapon or something. In D2, you barely have enough times to do the weekly objectives on 1 character! Let alone 3. All of this stuff that I'll miss out on if I don't do it. So it feels like chores, set on daily and weekly timers. This is modern game design that is plaguing almost every game nowadays. They want you to get 90% of your rewards through an easy but tedious daily checklist, and then if you want to grind for 6 hours you can get the last 10%. It feels like shit. I'll never feel the incentive to grind if I know that I can just wait and do the easy thing again tomorrow, and get even more than I would've gotten through grinding. Which brings me to: #2) Exclusive seasonal shit that I can't get. When i started playing in Taken King, I was not only capable of spending as much time as I want collecting every exotic and unique legendary, but also, I had the full capability to go back to year 1 content to collect every year 1 exotic/etc as well. Sure, it was not useable cuz they rebalanced the weapon by releasing them as Year 2 versions with higher light cap. But I had access to every piece of content that I paid for. in D2, the amount of shit that is simply locked forever, that I physically cannot aquire because i wasn't there for that season, sickens me. I understand giving people a reward for having high participation during a season. But make it aquireable after the season ends, through much long and tedious means. That way, when I ask my friend the question, "How do I get that gun?", he can tell me "I got it by completing Season X of the PvP objectives, but you'll need to start this quest then get 1000 headshot kills with a Sniper Rifle to unlock it." Instead of, "Oh this is from Season X, you can't get this anymore." I'm a collector, a completionist, and a grinder. Let me grind out my collection. Don't fucking time gate me, and don't fucking lock shit away forever. And ALSO, don't take all my shit away! Fuck you Bungie and Activision Blizzard, for ruining what used to be my favorite game. Rant over.

@@RepublicansAreDeplorable arguably. there are times when the bots aren't dealing enough damage to actually manage the horde, due to the lack of specialized builds. especially on harder difficulties

You just be playing on a trash console or old pc I had absolutely 0 crashes and no problems with the game I think it’s the closest thing to left for dead but obviously it isn’t better then left for dead

The relief you and your mates feel when your credits roll…brought up good memories of cheering and clanging our beers/drinks together before enjoying a victory drink. Good times, man.

@@bryanvazquezquez2098 i agree that the crashes are probably mostly due to hardware but this game isn’t the closest thing to left 4 dead i would say the early dead rising games are a lot closer. i used to play this top down 2D really low effort game where you and 3 friends just ran around a square shooting zombies as they came over and over, running over power ups to get new weapons and abilities, id say that’s closer to left 4 dead than back 4 blood is as well.

Its really amazing, I for one had to skip both seasons 13 and 14 and to be able to experience them and do a lot more without having to play 24/7 AND have time to play other games is something I truly appreciate.

As someone who has been a member of the destiny community from the start....the community just likes to bitch. Somehow there's not enough content but also too much. It's a problem that they drip feed content but it's also a probably when they drop all the content on day 1 and people run out......it's one of my favorite games with one of my least favorite communities

@@ryansprenkle6356 its a really weird thing cause like, yea i do miss having a big fuck off content drop like Forsaken or Rise of Iron and being like "ok, cool, here's what i'll be doing for the next month or two" and still discovering new stuff. But at the same time, reaching the point where you just have nothing to do but wait a year for the next expansion is just... yeah not a fan. The current system of "go do the core stuff to get the thingy to go do the seasonal stuff" isn't the best given the core stuff is at least a year overdue an update but a L O T of the community listen to the bigger content creators having a rant whenever something goes wrong and take it as gospel. Like, i remember VIVIDLY the launch of Season of the Splicer and how you had like Gladd calling it the worse launch he's ever been apart of and comparing it to actual plane crashes and shit and its like... at that stage, just go touch grass lmao

PD2 Has an awesome system by making bots customizable - masks and guns included plus giving them very strong perks that you can choose. Plus, those perks stay depending on which slot the bots are taken up on. Also, the bots are straight up bullet sponges and almost always rush to get you and manage to due to that earlier mentioned huge health pool. Honestly, it's an awesome solo system

@@phoenixup1293 Oh man those bots are actually chads in developer coding I've seen a bot run head on past doozers to revive me.

@@phoenixup1293 When i stealth i play solo, nearly did every map on max difficulty (not that it realyl matter is stealth lol). And this interaction speed buff you can choose for the bots is actually so fucking amazing. Even opening a safe is fast.

Payday 2 is probably one of the best in this regard. Certain achievements and heists become way simpler to do with more people. Things like stealing the samurai armor or passing through the Diamond's security grid.

Has Bricky ever reviewed the Killing Floor 2 franchise? Not to mention the pretty good steam workshop and servers that allow commands for custom scaling allows for great enhanced PvE experience

Killing Floor is great. Ive always enjoyed it whether solo or not. But like you said, it incentivizes playing in a group, and even without the incentives, its more fun that way. But i do love that I can boot it up and play solo as well.

And you get XP in Custom Maps.

KF2 had a kickass soundtrack.

The singleplayer thing is dumb but I am not sure what you mean with the queue times, like the longest queue I have ever had is 30 seconds and they are usually almost instantaneous

Figured out that the trick to get into a game fast is to “create run” every time. For some reason “continue run” takes fucking forever to queue up for.

It seems like they were doing something with the servers yesterday. Similar, 15 minute wait for a game and rubber banding once in. No issues today for the same search criteria.

Hell, once I tried to get into a campaign run that I still had to do and wait for 20 minutes, the game just didn’t give me any players and I played solo, in a multiplayer run.

yeah i have it so often that i try to find an online game in b4b, wait like 10 minutes, and after loading screen its just 3 bots. why the fuck did i have to wait 10 minutes if it is going to be bots anyway. so stupid
