Lessons on Youth Ministry for the Teen and Youth Pastor 

Pastor Johnny Chae, of Heritage Baptist Church in Corpus Christi, TX, shares some things he wished he had learned as both a teenager in the youth group and as a youth pastor. Pastor Chae challenges youth pastors with how to help their pastor in his role as well as how to handle different types of teenagers. He also encourages those investing in young people to not give up and to try different ways of reaching them.
