A potato masher will work too for cooking ground meat😊 My husband is a joker too, always picking on me. It’s never mean, always in good humor but I feel ya😊

I used 1% cottage cheese so I needed two healthy fats which was 3oz. Avocado. I then split my veggies between tomatoes and cucumbers. I used a condiments worth of Bagel seasoning on top. Thanks so much for watching❤️❤️
