Dwarfs are a tribute to the Orange Alternative. It was a youth anti-communist movement. The symbol of this movement was the dwarf, and the weapon of humor. The first dwarf was placed on the street on the anniversary of the introduction of martial law in 2004.
Very nice travel Vlog thank you for sharing your trip experience !! You have a lovely sweet family your children are so smart and intelligent they paying attention to everything and just being so natural.
Usually it's not as warm in this part of Europe, so I guess the climate changes are a factor here. Did you try any of the polish dishes as well? You've probably found the majority of those gnomes. Greetings from a different city in Poland. Did you like the ice cream by the way?
Summers are very hot in Poland & always were. Only in winters it used to be more snow & colder like 40 years ago but no polar bears for the whole year here.
this is what happens when people draw conclusions from being in a place for a week yet speaking for all 52 weeks in the year. Truth is Poland experiences all 4 of the yearly seasons but, winters can be mild with most snow melting within hours of hitting the ground, next year you can experience 3-4 feet of snow it’s impossible to predict, I’ve seen both versions. Summers have been getting warmer and more predictable on the account of “climate change”. I’d be more interested in the food, how was the food???
