I wouldn’t buy land in Tibetan settlements no matter how promising it looks. If I put my hard earned money I want Sale Deeds,Registration papers..If I want to live in Shichak…I’ll Rent.Beacuse say u buy a land in Bylakuppe for 20L n put another 80L into a House so ur Capital is 1Cr… So my question to that person is what is ur Networth that u can afford a 1Cr House that too with no Paperwork..Lots of people living in Expensive Houses in Shichak r House poor.
But in this video, this is Indian land attached with Tibetan settlement land, he mentioned you need Indian citizenship,so this is with proper documentation, Ladhaki are Indian citizens.
Unlike many Tibetans in the west. Our brothers and sisters in India have to live on those settlements and make their future plan aswell. So we can not say house poor. Their houses are built with concrete and steel unlike our homes made with lumber and other unreliable products.
@@tashideleg1 Ur right..I understand..I thk u misunderstood the term House poor..House Poor is an economic term where people put so much money into a House that there r chances they might struggle financially. That dosnt mean u shouldn’t build a House..It only means build a House that u can afford.U don’t need a 10BHK house in Mundgod n Bylakuppe..A 4BHK house is good enough, invest the rest..Than there is currency depreciation of Rs compared to $,that’s another problem if money is sent from USA.
