😊 Kim's cardigan is actually ment to be she grabbed her fellas jacket to cover her body as her clothes are falling off after a amazing night of passion in the forest lol😂 she talked about it in her Vogue get ready with me
@@shraddha29 i thought so too but it’s actually a whole story about a night in a garden where her dress was falling off and she took her boyfriend’s sweater to cover herself
It's pretty on her, but I wish the whole family would aim more for creativity instead of pretty for the met. Playing it safe and looking gorgeous is kind of boring at this party
true these so called fashion youtubers are only talking about american popular celebrities not people who actually were on theme as well dressed beautifully
@@ispardhachandel964exactly bro they sucks they'll like all those naked women showing their ass but they can't talk about the gal who was literally looking like a fairy Ohh my goddd whatever I loved Alia's look for me it was the best look I have seen on met Gala till now
i feel like maybe there was something wrong with kims dress or she was trying to hide something on her skin, i refuseeee to believe the choice with the cardigan was intentional
And what did she say about this fashion faux pa? Cuz that hair and cardigan were most definitely not giving ... I was thinking either her back fat or eczema ( or s it psoriasis ) was acting up lol .. I love her but between the awful face lifts or whatever she's doing to her face and the God awful blond hair she insists she's killing it with she is so quickly losing that appeal she had ... to me she was one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen and she should just take that and accept aging gracefully .. like Sofia Loren and the Vanderpump lady .. they are/were older women that are so beautiful still in their mature years
With the exception of the wet look, I would say these are all fabulous. And I agree the shrug on the first one could have been metallic for a stronger look, but I’m not mad at it as is.
It’s not just a wet look for Doja, but she used cotton as her flower of choice. And it looks really beautiful how they did it. It’s really simple, but smart.
It literally looks like my grandma night gown , and the fact that she actually did throw water on herself to get the look instead of the original way the " wet look" should be achieved is just so funny , let's be honest with ourselves... it's Fucking ugly , literally just wet bedsheets
I agree a bit… the cardigan should have been showed with like holes or like some type of “mold” or even a rusty metal mesh, to go on full with the look since the exposition it’s about garments that are so old or delicate to wear them again and how hard it’s to conserve those pieces. But liking dua lipa looks it’s odd lol.
The shrug and its pilling wool is actually a great call into the THEME of the actual exhibition. It shows the aging of clothes which is all that preserving the sleeping beauty of clothing is all about.
The dress Winona Ryder wore in 1999 was a replica of the dress Kendal is wearing, for anyone wondering about the “first person to actually wear it” controversy.
The color of Kim’s sweater is beautiful and and it can’t be metallic because it has to stand out as being more of a random, separate sweater she grabbed from her boyfriend in a rush to get to her next appointment. But I do agree it feels like it’s missing something.
@@pastelcatmint Because she makes fashion content 🤡so it's expected of her to make videos of best dressed celebrities , but here people are biased so obviously people are gonna call them out.
Why are not talking about others look why stuck to Alia? Lol everyone is talking about Alia. Where are you? Saree is not fashionable in west first try to appreciate others look then they'll do same.
I see why not Alia everywhere but if someone got honest it wasn't the best look of neither Sabyasachi nor saree nor Indian celeb. If this channel featured it, you wouldn't like the review.
About the met gala, I have noticed 2 things people discussing “cute” looks and being in theme. Being on theme doesn't mean you need to look good, it’s about storytelling via styling and garment selection. I mean why do people watch the met if You can watch any other red-carpet.
What I don't understand is: why is Kim's cardigan all bobbled and worn? Like it looks someone threw it away? Is this the artistic interpretation of time passing? Genuinely interested in the answer and not passing superficial judgement on Kimmy
U cant judge the met looks without taking into consideration THE THEME. This isnr about who looked the sexist/most attractive. Its about who showed up as art and made a statement that correlates to the theme using the fashion
Kim needed color. Like if her hair was slicked up and accented with the same flowers as the dress but in color. Omg. Also yes the cloth throw over should’ve been metallic.
Can we expect more met content or are you done? I was hoping to see Mona Patel's look! 🥰 P.S.- Mentioned this in a comment on another video, but Alia Bhatt too pleaseeee.
I can't understand why anyone is not talking about ALIA BHATT's look. Her look is so accurate with the theme and exceptionally beautiful. My fav look from meta gala 24. Also you should check out NATASHA POONAWALA's look. May bcoz she is Indian 🙂
I don’t think it’s the actual sweater that’s bothersome. It’s the way she held it so awkwardly. Her poses this year were strange too imo. Her dress was beautiful, she’s obvi a beauty but she was just off to a certain extent this year. Her sister Kenny however … absolute perfection this year. Her confidence and comfort level shined!
Didn't she get booed badly while posing on the red carpet before she went into the venue ? I think those loud boos made kim feel insecure and was bothering her thoughts which is why she seems off
