I felt heavy conviction whilst watching this. As soon as I got home I asked God to deliver me from lust and honestly just broke down because it felt hard and heavy saying it out loud and admitting that I suffered from it. When I finished praying I went in my wardrobe and threw away all of my “provocative cloths”. Honestly this podcast is amazing because it’s good to hear from young girls that we all go through the same issue and Jesus loves us no matter what. I’m also going to trust in the Lord that he will provide (because I basically have no clothes in my wardrobe 😂)

The girls are back 🎉 love this episode as it’s something I’m currently battling with my flesh I can so relate with what you all said and to hear that I should allow myself some grace is what I needed to hear. I realised me feeling so condemned started to hardened my heart. It’s a battle and I’m learning to understand God wants to me to come to him as I am and to pick up my cross daily ❤️
Bin those sexual shows, delete your playlist and start again, remove yourself from certain environments, block those guys/girls who cause you to fall… you have to do the work.
To pick up your cross essentially means to deny your flesh. The cross is a sign of suffering it’s what Jesus bore for our sins. It means to choose Jesus everyday no matter the cost and overall denying your own fleshly desires.
