Fred says "Early here that morning bout 8, 9am. I was just going out when I see him (Don)." Ziggy: "and the boys were with him?" Fred: "yeah, he (Don) was going in actually."
Fred says he sees Andy (driving the silver Kia) at 3pm on BH because he's loading the trailer & has to move out of his way. Fred also said LE showed him photos of Andy on BH at 3pm.
Fred: "Andy come in about 3, 330pm. That blue truck come out & sit right by that light pole. I pulled over & it just kept sitting, sitting, so I backed up & I turned by the steep curve & went down to 167 to load that other vehicle & that truck didn't come out for a long time. Andy, he come in in that little silver car & I pulled out to let him in between 3 & 330pm 'cause I end up didn't get that loaded in time to take it off. He (Andy) come in & followed that truck back, that truck followed him back. I'm 100%. He's hollering he was at work, he might have been at a certain times but I know he was here at that time 'cause he's on camera. There's a camera down the holler that everybody's in here's on it. The FBI has got all the people."
