She is teaching what Buddha taught 2500 years ago: the law of karma. I think the best way to be healthy physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually is to forgive, not to judge, not to blame and to accept that life is fair. When our mind is full of wisdom, love, peace, acceptance, we will be happy, healthy. Sister teaches us what Buddha and Jesus taught us: love one another, forgive, cultivate wisdom. The bible said that wisdom is more precious than gold and silver. Sister Shivani spends all her life teaching us the truth, wisdom. We cannot be liberated or loving if we live in darkness, in ignorance. She does not need to have big church, big temple to teach us. All she needs is her kind heart, her passion to reach us through internet to teach us virtues, wisdom that will set us free from the sufferings created by our untamed mind, by our ignorance. So everything bad that someone does to us is return of something we did to them in some life. So what should you do? Just accept it and not do anything??
No, you do not let the person to continually abuse you because you would be encouraging him/her to do bad karma. We still need to create boundaries or walk away from toxic situations. What sister shivani teaches is that we do not hold resentment against the person who hurt us to stop the vicious cycle of sending negative vibrations/thoughts to that person so that we can clear the karma account with that person. Hope this helps. Watching the whole series would help you to understand better. I didn’t understand her logic before, now I understand better.
