This work has helped heal my life. I am deeply grateful for these priceless teachings. I was federally physically disabled, my heart was bad, and I had been in chronic pain for years. (I had many pelvic disorders from sexual assaults as a young child (sequela). When I blew the heavy pain and sad stories into my thin stick, I then placed it in my candle which was in a glass votive. The votive broke! I became nervous wondering what it all meant. But it was a very powerful healing experience for me. I began noticing that my resentment towards my abusers' didn't come up as frequently, and I was finally able to see past the karmic loops keeping me locked in pain. Thank you so much. Love and blessings to all life.
