I am coming more to realise that simply resting is enough because I AM that, what else would remain when the dust settles but the ground, but “just chill” seems too easy when we can think of so many reasons not to, they are the little fish we must let go.

Is that why everytime I get very sick, I have spiritual awakenings? Makes sense cuz you can’t hold onto anything when you’re sick (except your life of course) so there’s room for those awakenings to happen 👍

@farya88 - Adyashanti retired from teaching (only once!) in October 2023.
