This liturgical Mass song, which is based from Psalm 96, was composed by Bob Dufford, and this SATB arrangement was arranged by Mr. Tony Castro. It is appropriately sung as an Entrance song, most especially during the Seasons of Advent and Easter. It may also be sung during the penultimate part of the liturgical year (33rd to 34th Week in Ordinary Time). Rendering this song is the Ars Cantica Ensemble, one of the regular choirs at the Sto. Niño de Paz Chapel/Mission Station, Archdiocesan Shrine of Mary Queen of Peace (EDSA Shrine), and the Chapel of the Eucharistic Lord (SM Megamall). Credits to TV Maria for the original video recording of the whole Mass.
In the Season of Advent, we rejoice for the King that comes: he came into our flesh and this is celebrated during Christmas, he will come again in his glory to judge us at the end of the age, and he is always coming to us in our lives through the different people and signs, most especially the Sacrament of the Most Holy Eucharist.
