Thomas Elsanginario DM’s can be earned through wars to get collab decals like Sylvia and Ultimate fighter really isn’t that strong, other 4 star decals are just as strong if not stronger
@@i_mishalf_mshots8031 yes and no . you can only get it trough paying . but its literally the worst decal for any build . everything in this game is better then this if you know how to make builds . only noobs would actually use it in 2020 with max level fighters . and everything below lvl247 will get barely any dmg increase out of it .
