the way you blocked every single blue wave and even his combo attacks, and the way you jumped at him at just the right distance to be able to dodge his melee attack. pure fucking skill. 10/10 you're pretty good.
i have stupid easy strategies for 3 forceman that work without fail lame steel; striker class, 1 umbrella rib fungus, 1 grilled oak (gold works a LOT better if your damage is low) 1 murder rake t4 of ANY level (higher again works better of course but it will work with a +0 if you use the gold shroom) 1 grilled stingshroom (optional if you lack the damage output of a uncap fighter or a +4/5+ murder rake); eat the oak beside the entry machine, eat your stingshroom, eat your umbrella rib, use the machine as fast as possible, run AWAY FROM HIM till you pulse blue for total invis, run up and do a full charged heavy swing, congrats dead white chump on ANY level of power... feel free to use cheaper shrooms as your murder rake and your fighter become stronger... Black steel; shooter class, 1 umbrella rib, 3 grilled red stingshrooms, 1 grilled dragon (or gold dragon if you're wary), 1 kamas ar e re +9 or better (better is way better); when he does his purge wave eat the umbrella, RUN AWAAAAAAAY, once you pulse hide behind a statue, make sure you're TOTALLY opposite of him.... now you have all the time you need to eat shrooms comfortably... scar those sting shrooms THAN the infinity shroom... and step out to shoot him, bait his attacks and run, not roll, out of range shoot while he flails.... if he staggers YOU WIN, if you get power up YOU WIN, if you get rage moves YOU WIN (he'll spam his rage leaving him open to a lead shower) he'll die pretty fast and SHOULD die before your dragonshroom runs out... (if it DOES run out, i hope you have Juggler) red napalm, harder than other 2; takes some prep, shooter, you need 3-4 umbrella ribs, at least 4 or more grilled red stingshrooms, YOU NEED an extra life shroom, KAMAS AR E RE+9 or better, preferably the trigger happy set. the strategy, run to the right pillar, making sure she is on the other side eat your extra life, than your stings, than your rib.... wait for the pulse than step out and unleash HELL, (if you have the set bonus this is a lot easier thanks to the saving shots) as soon as your invisibility is gone hide.... repeat this till your cover is toast (should be 2 rounds of invisibility as you SHOULD get a stagger and deal AMAZING damage...), if she goes invisible find her THAN go invisible on her... once your cover is gone just dodge till she charges her rage move or reloads... eat your 3/4th umbrella and dodge till you pulse... finish her with lead... this DOES take SOME luck as her movements can be annoying when invis and she can be mean with her grenades during the last phase... but its damn consistent... Pale wind i can not seem to beat no matter how i set up to take him on... the tracking on his Hammerfists is stupid good and i always misposition too close to him... i plan on trying next forceman day with my gunslinger kamas build i use for the other 2... wish me luck
Nice one! Do you think the Executioner's Ride A has the potential to outclass the Machete due to it's raw power, or is there something special about the Machete's L1/R1 that makes it so good at staggering him?
TylerJohnson75 It will be a good weapon for defense because many people in raids will wear pale wind to raid because of its defense against strikes and piercing but people with the T4 executioner will have a advantage to keep them in check
but I highly doubt that it will be good for pale wind NIGHTMARE because before the machete I tried to use the murderous rake because of it's raw power but unfortunately it's damage was really small in comparison to the machete with less damage than the Rake in nightmare which didn't make sense
You're right, I just saw a video showing how bad it is against him, guess the Machete is still the way to go... I hope you're right about the defence thing, it's bad enough when defence fighters with the T3 version knock me down with their Rage move shenanigans, so that could just redeem it as a defence tool.
You make it look easy, did you notice the shrooms spawn, if his 3shot attack lands in the goal? Are there attacks he does you don't counter(eg. bomb shot)?
peter cypers actually the explosive mushrooms along with the rice bowls spawn after you score a goal, it also happens if pale wind shots his own attack into it
peter cypers but every time you do go into the fight in a goal there will always be a Toughshroom at a goal just look for the goal with it so you can score there and also pick up a explosive mushroom and eat the Toughshroom as well the toughshroom is really really helpful it reduces the damage of the kick greatly
Good to know about the toughshroom, and hey there's always plan B: Score an own goal with your body to spawn shrooms, if you don't mind dying that is...
This may be strange but I did tried to use White Steel maxed out armor with D.O.D decals but for some reason my character would move strangely with it on also I felt like I took more damage with it on as well
Darker Worlds see that's the think I take more damage from piercing than I do with blunt while I'm wearing red napalm and the opposite for black thunder so I don't really understand how armor resistance works when I take more damage to something I have 32% immunity to than something I take 40% extra damage from
Trent McCay yeah if you wear White steel you should be OK just look out for the shots from pale wind weapon when I was using White steel on pale wind and dying I was still learning his moves but it's a good armor to use against him
Darker Worlds I mean I'm not looking to farm him because honestly I don't want his armor or weapons. I just want to kill him 1 time for the quest to get free express pass. I currently have 22 death metals and I'm find with spending all of them on him but I don't want to spend all of them and not kill him
Trent McCay Goodluck you will kill him eventually a few practices on hard more with the machete you will do much better in Nightmare that's how I came back with this video after killing him on hard repeatedly nightmare was easier
i like how you use common materials to beat these guys... nice job there... and please.. make a guide for those guys with assult rifle and how to beat them... cuz i get killed every time when they spawn with assult Rifle...
Is M L K Armor best for this boss or can I use.....D.O.D armor....I only have one armor to do with M L K....hopefully I can get someone to Drop it for me and fix it up or something boss been little Annoying
I was wondering the same thing. My beam katana is uncapped and definitely the better weapon for me. In looking at the wiki, it looks like they went with the battle machete because he's weak to both slash AND fire...
Thank-you! It was really difficult for me dealing with Pale Wind lol The armor I believe it was only available for a limited time as a TDM reward from lost bags but I believe it could be available for purchased from the Hernia machine but it will probably cost a few 💀death metals :/
yeah i tried fighting him today and i got rekt lol i wish there was not limited time items in this game i got in to the game kinda late.thats the only thing i dislike about this game
@@jeromaia5102 yeah I dislike that as well. especially when I see that it cost 25 DeathMetals just for 1 blueprint from the Hernia it's kinda crazy to me
Trent McCay press O everytime you roll away and keep smashing it if he hits you with the dubble hit it's unlikely you'll get back up you should also guard when you have no choice
Trent McCay because guarding is better than rolling away if you are about to get hit by the dubble hit or he'll hit you in mid roll and push you away into the ice
Darker Worlds yeah I was able to get 2 goals on him without spending a death metal but then he would just do the green zone and get rid of my rage after I used all shrooms on map so it made it impossible
The big problem is he's too op on nitemare lol an all my gear isn't good to fight him on that level waaaawaa 😥I have the ws pants an base level but 190k tho buuuhuu to that
It still works but now there seems to be better ways to kill him, like I've seen some use the assault rifle +15 and a uncapped shooter on pale wind nightmare, it really depends how powerful your weapon is and your character are, I wouldn't be surprised if you could kill him with any weapon now days xD
You got super lucky with this fight, he throws that bullshit AOE attack out every chance he gets and fast too He's impossible to fight on that alone, yet other people get less AOE attacks thrown at them
Yeah this boss was a challenge back then using this strategy. 2020 I would recommend grinding a few more hours your shooter and assault rifle, get them uncapped and you should be able to stagger him infinitely
