that's amazing, but if you wanted to write it correctly, Catalan should be "Català", with the accent on the other side. I see you meant to write it how it's written in the own language, so, if you want to, you can change it.
@@Abrahambinzz isn't the oringanl voice English not Indian I mean it was originally made by Disney which is a American company I know they made outher version for outher countries
Tony Foreground what do u even mean? What i’m saying is of course they gotta find singers with similar voice to Idina Menzel the original version. That’s it idk what you’re talking about haha
Maggie, there are just 23 languages here. Latin American Spanish and Castilian Spanish are the same language (just like English and American English). I don't know for sure if Latin American Spanish is represented by Mexico (I don't know for sure which accent it is). Same goes for French and French-Canadian.
@@Petterwassi think we need to „rebrand“ the german version. It's nice what Willemijn did but she had such an foreign accent. It's would been a bit better if Paperblossom was singing , Still much love to Ms. Willemijn Verkaik ❤
Literally there are some days I think we’re gonna end up bombing ourselves into a nuclear fuck holocaust but then I see a video of basically the world singing the same song together and it gives me hope lol
@@adrianaalves6655 Porque soa overdramatised comparada com outras cantoras. A da Idina Menzel eu odeio porque tem uma voz pouco jovial e nada adequada a uma personagem que tenha aparentemente menos de 30 anos.
I cant believe how similar the voices are If i just listened to the song i would've thought it's the same person Edit: omg the amount of likes is huge !!! Thnx yall
To be fair, a couple of them are actually the same person :-P Willemijn Verkaik does both German and Dutch, Gisela does both Catalan Spanish and Catalan, and Anaïs Delva does both French and Canadian French ;-)

The dutch voice actress has played Elphaba in London, Germany and on Broadway before, a theatre role the Idina originated, so I think she especially has a pretty great grasp on how she should sound :D
Some voices are brighter than others but it's so impressive that despite the many languages involved, they ALL provide the same "tone" to the song. Like they're the same person singing in a different language, but as I said, some sound a bit brighter amd some sing longer notes than others but for the most part they sound like the same person. Very well done in choosing the voices. 😊❤️🤘🤘
Takako Matsu is my favourite singer now. Even I don’t know Japanese I am very very addicted to her voice. It just hypnotises me and I don’t even hear anything else but her voice. God bless her 🙏🥰
@@scarletheart1932 Yeah, she has amazing voice⭐️ She is Takako Matsu. She's a not voice actor but a popular actor👤🏆 And she's a thoroughbred in the entertainment industry.
@iameverywhere25 Absolutely yes. Every voice is actually quite similar. Obviously they are different as every voice is unique. However, Each voice also has a stark similarity with each other.
Languages are the simple greatest gift to mankind. Because of Languages we can express our inner feelings and share them with others! Stop hating about other languages, because every language is great and beautiful!
She actually played Sophie in the original London cast (and is on the recording) of Mamma Mia! I recognized the name, didn't even realize she was Norwegian!
Im Afro-Latino, & my daughter found this under my wife’s favorited videos. heard it in the background and almost shedded a tear to her listening to this and falling in love with the diversity i didn’t get to see when i was younger. Edit: Her favorite is Japanese, she loves that part the most😆

In Serbia, they've assembled an amazing cast to voice over the entire movie. The dialogs are a perfection and songs are out-wordly. My personal favourite is the opening song. Remember when I took my daughter to see it. I focused on the dubbing solely.
All the women who sung localised versions for Elsa (not English) were chosen based on sounding similar to Idina Menzel who does the original English voice/singing.
I'm trying to memorize the Japanese version, even though I am not Japanese and have no knowledge of the language. I can mimic and memorize pretty well, though!
The Portuguese lady was so pretty! 😍 The Malaysian's voice were so *MUAH*!😄 The French one is pretty, also great voice! 😉 The Japanese girl is so cute! 😙 The Serbian is flawless! 😉 But remember, the fairest of all these ladies is Idina Mendel! ❤
@@alban7667 It's funny because usually the voice actors in french and canadian french are different and they have different lyrics but for this movie it was the same person with the same lyrics... so idk why it was separated in the video lmao
As a Master in language teaching, a professional translator and interpreter, a linguist and polyglot..., it is my professional opinion that I LOVE THIS.
people love what they do, and they are well funded. Not to mention double quality control. I noticed all the vocalist have total flat studio monitors on.
So cool to hear the different languages! As a Chinese-American, I especially enjoyed hearing the various Spanish versions especially Catalan (very pretty to us Americans since we do not hear this dialect except in Spain) and Castilian (also very beautiful to the ears) sung by Gisela. A special shout out to lovely Carmen Sarahi - Viva Mexico!! All these ladies are so talented!!
MuchWow ww Disney deliberately hired singers from other countries that had voices similar to Idina Mendzel. They have done this for their other movies too.
