You know, I'm getting the impression that a lot of autistics are really metal head. My daughter is also autistic. I introduced her to Skalmold when she was 8. That was 2 years ago. Now? Anything and everything...from the "classics" of my teen years (80's hair metal / glam), up to Skalmold, Fintroll, Grimner, and a bunch of others even *I* don't know about! I catch her cranking up the Viking Folk Metal ALL the time! I probably say "Corbyn! Turn it down a little, please!" (I know, hearsay for a metal head like me...but...surprisingly enough...I have rediculously good hearing, even at 50 years old; I can heard conversations two rooms away... ;) ). ... Anyway. Yeah. Autistic 10 year old metal head. Gods I love that little girl! She makes me so proud the hear her say "Skalmold", or ""Grimner", or even "Ozzy" or "AC/DC" when her teachers ask her what music she wants to listen to in music class. :D

I just watched this in the company of my five-year old daughter, who is a huge Frozen fan. The look on her face was absolutely priceless. About halfway through, she turned to me and said "That's a girl song, he shouldn't be singing it. And he shouldn't be singing it like that.That isn't what it sounds like. Daddy, stop laughing. No, seriously. Stop laughing." And then, at the end, "I should show him how to sing the song properly. He might like that."
