Let it in & Let it out 

Last four days I had a bad cold. On top of heat, humidity and a low pressure hanging around. All the makings of a Meniere's nightmare. But I stayed calm and let happened and then today everything was better. Claritin helped but has far as rescue meds. I didn't take any. I just rested and relaxed because I know tomorrow is another day.
