Yer I know but insomnia is a bitch and even if I do sleep I get nightmares and plus i bruise in my sleep whats the deal with that 😢

Argh, that's so annoying. I'm so sorry you experience insomnia. I get it from time to time and it's soooo frustrating. Nightmares are awful too. And bruising while you sleep? I've never heard of that. Might want to check in with a doc!
