Very well put. The culture of looking up the best runes and just locking in is really one of the biggest things holding people back (that and overly fixating on their teammate's mistakes)
Well that depends because overfixating on rune/item setups or thinking they matter much below a certain rank so long as you aren't just trolling with it is a really bad thing
22:05 : It's false, pro can do item / runes / champion/draft mistake too. Ask to Skyyart, sometime in want beat his head on the table when he see the choice of some pro.
