Let Me Make You Proud (Reprise) - Storyboard v. Final Version Side-by-Side 

I definitely love the final result but I feel that they held back a little. I mean the storyboard had much cooler and exaggerated angles.

Interesting how in the storyboard version, Ruddiger ventured out slightly towards him as if subtly trying to see if his master was ok, or trying to figure out what was happening, while in the final version Ruddiger backed away underneath the table, sensing exactly what was going down. 😭 I recall they used to have different music for the old version, too, which was pretty, but they dramatized it in a great way for the final version. 💕👍👌 Thanks! 💕

Interesting differences. I like that they added the little flair with his cape in the final version. But I actually kind of prefer what they did with his raccoon buddy in the storyboard, where we see him showing more concern than fear. IDK, I get why they changed it, but just my personal feeling on it I guess. I also noticed the final expression he makes when he looks up is A LOT creepier in the storyboard, lol. He looks almost dead inside, or taken by some kind of trance. Meanwhile in the final version you can see all the pain and anger in his eyes.

The story board looks more like an older Disney movie. I really really like both though

Wow the final version is so much better, they added a lot of things that made it more dramatic

I feel like they hold back on the lighting and shading in the final versions a lot, a shame that they didn't utilize the light and shadow contrast that was in the storyboard here.

Storyboard have waaay more emotions

For I think it was two years before the 3rd season premiered, I suffered with everything this boy went through, as if it were me in his place. I remember my little sister saw me crying watching this part of the episode and came to comfort me, saying that he was going to be fine
