My dad built this house!! My childhood home. He also built the two houses across the street (the brown one you were at first and the one to the left) so glad your family is enjoying a place I loved growing up

Hi, I went there yesterday because was considering moving to Welland this summer, but found the city dirty and unorganized. I live close to London and my reference was London. I went to the Memorial park and surroundings. Everything was so old and ugly, but maybe I visited the wrong places. After watching some videos on RU-vid I would love to give Welland a second chance. Can you please give me some advises of what communities to visit?

Hey man! It depends if you are single or with family. Roughly if you want a number, I’d say for a single guy he’ll be spending minimum $1000. For a family it has to be $2000+ ( depends on the size). The city has been developing a lot lately, but yet many new comers struggle to find jobs. The transportation is another thing to consider since it’s not the best yet. I hope this kind of gives you an idea 🙌
