Toby Fox's Song's are absolute bangers. He freaking cooked with Undertale and Deltarune. Snowdin's OST will always be one of my favorite songs of all times with how relaxed and wonderful it is, and Waterfall always has me hyped. Field of Hopes and Dreams from Deltarune is one of my favorites too aaaaa Genshin/HSR and Persona really do an amazing job with their OSTs, I geniunely adore them so god damn much
They are too good tbh, I really love the music of the 5 games. ZZZ music is also good and its own style which I like too. I have to add NieR music too and some songs from Outer Wilds get me emotional af
I have RU-vid premium, so I actually never saw the Natasha ad, or any ads (I genuinely heard about Star Rail by word of mouth) Anywho, as far as environmental music that I vibe with, the belebog museum is one of my favorites. I've genuinely just gone there several times just to exist in that space and take in the atmosphere...

Regardless, I still enjoy the song that they play at the Great Mine despite how often I heard the opening part of it, which speaks on how much I like it in all honesty Ooooooh the Belobog Museum music was so freaking good. It is so nice and soothing. It was one of the highlights of the museum event in all honesty, I adored rebuilding the place while listening to the song and just learning about the lore of the city as a whole. The atmosphere was top tier!
As a fellow enjoyer of video game music, the OST of this game is really good. And you mentioned how Space Walk is used in a ton of videos, and funny coincidence of the century but I used Space Walk in my latest video so I feel called out lmao. All the songs you chose are up there for me too, though one of my favorite tracks from the game personally is Nevermore, the Sam boss theme. Something about the booming, mechanical vibe to the sound gives the boss theme such an imposing feel, like you’re really going up against a warrior of absolute destruction. And yes, those Natasha and Seele ads were inescapable for the first few months of the game, jesus… Also Xenoblade 2 mention, yippie!! Tantal was one of my favorite titans aesthetically, so I’m with you that Belobog has a special place in my heart because it reminded me of those exploration tracks. And Omori mention too, I can totally see what you meant by being reminded of that game with Penacony. Glad we never had to go to Black Space in HSR lol
I live and breathe for video game music. It is something that I geniunely adore honestly and it makes the experiences that much more enjoyable, especially because if I am gonna be dumb and explore and area for infinite amount of time, I will hope the music will be one that I will be adore and love. Also lmaooo not the call out, but in all honesty, more power to you, the song is just really good and amazing for background. It is an amazing vibe and I like it a lot Nevermore is one of my favorites too. Though still, in my top 3 will always be the fight against something unto death. Return of None is both so chaotic and jazzy to the point that I am entirely in love with it, the first time I heard it I didn't know whether to be in panic of to absolutely jam to the song especially given how the scene played out where Sleepie had cornered us in that room with Firefly and Star Rail essentially had become a freaking horror game lmao. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 will forever be a game that will live rent free in my mind, I adored it all the way through despite how at times the difficulty spiked a bit unfairly for me. Though, to be fair, I was going for a more defensive build and hoping for the best more often than not. Regardless, Tantal was my favorite storylines and Zeke became my favorite characters. So being able to see parts of them in Belobog made me happy. Also, if we had to go to the Equivalence of Black Space in HSR, it would have been horrifying, though, we may still have to go some place similar... there is a phone in the Penacony Hotel (Real world) that if you interact with it, occasionally, in red text it says: "Don't call the Moment of Serenity! I repeat, do not call the Moment of Serenit! It is off-limits"
Oh my god yes. VGM's are the BEST and Honkai music is so SO so good. I can't sing enough praises for it!! I haven't even played HI3 but the music was a pleasant surprise going into the series blind. Embers and Take the Journey were my first loves! Battle Arena is probably my favorite from Belobog. And jesus, almost EVERY song in the Xianzhou tracks are an instant repeat. The singer for Samudrartha never fails to give me chills. I would do the same as you in with Exalting Sanctum, and it was even my train music for majority of my playthrough! Gongyu is my favorite NPC because of her rendition of it. I love to stand by her with Serval for awhile and watch her play. ;w; As far as Penacony ones, I've had Spellbound and The Midnight Special on repeat. An Actor Prepares as well and it's PERFECT for parlor car. And for the new patch I found myself absolutely loving the prickly intro and the ending for Inner Beast Vanquished. I'm not sure what the instrument is called but I'm infatuated with the emphasis on it at the end of the song so much!! MAJOR props to the composers!! I will always be eager to hear what more they have in store in the future!! 💜
Honestly, the moment that the "Take the Journey" song played in Star Rail I knew this game was going too hook me with the OST, they did an amazing job with it and I was so happy with every single release since. Battle Arena too is so freaking good yessss. And oooh yes standing next to Gongyu hearing her play what I think is a chime set is so soothing and lovely and is one of my favorite things in the world. I love that she is nearby one of the teleporters. I need to listen to the new songs yet. So I am eager to listen to Inner Beast Vanquished now, though a lot of the new songs seemed really cool, especially in the fight against Hoolay and Feixiao's Shadow. The Instruments used were so soothing and incredible and I cannot wait to see what other amazing things they do in the future. The music in these games geniunely makes me so happy
So much of the Hoyomix's OSTs have been absolute bangers. I need start listening to Honkai Impact 3rd's too now that I look at it as well. I geniunely adore their music so much. Penacony and Jarilo VI have been the places I have vibed the most when exploring. Though the Xianzhou's is the music I listen to most in my leisure time I am currently obsessed with ZZZ's music, especially at the Ballet Twins. And the combat music at the Imaginarium Theatre for Genshin has sent me to a whole new dimension of joy and wonder while fighting
Genshin Impact - Cantus Aeternus Disc 2. Man. What an incredible album. And whats most insteresting is that such superb music is found on a side quest!
That album was so freaking good. It felt amazing to explore the underwater segments with it and as a whole it felt absolutely incredible! Honestly it made the side quest be worth doing
The music in Honkai Star Rail is a big part of what drew me in and kept me involved when I decided to try the game out after inundation with RU-vid ads when it came out. It still moves me nearly a year and a half later, I really appreciate the retrospective.
Same honestly, the music was a huge factor for me. And one of the biggest things that hit me initially was the first time we heard "Take the Journey" the moment we boarded the Express initially, it was the perfect way to start our trailblazing adventure and I absolutely adored that in all honesty
@@ManCarSua yep, I'd probably put "take the journey," "streets abuzz" and "wildfire" as the 3 major iconic musical elements that really resonated emotionally and still trigger pretty intense nostalgia (watching others play the game on youtube or twitch as well), they really encapsulate the Belobog arc too

My favorite ost is Anthropic Domain, this soundtrack is just aaaaaa I love it so much 2nd place is Yanqing's boss theme (I know you don't talk about battle themes, but I just wanted to mention it) and my 3rd one is Yanqing's theme I just love everything that's Yanqing so it's not surprising XD Whenever Abundance Yanqing gets his turn, I'm sure that ost will be so damn good, just imagining it makes me so excited, they just have to add flute at least to the background (since Yanqing plays the flute) and it fits Abundance theme so well Edit: OMORI MENTIONED!! I love Omori so much, my Abundance Yanqing fanfic also has a lot of Omori references. I actually listen to OMORI ost very often, it's so good, both happy and scary tracks Why I always need to talk about Yanqing 😭 My brain is 80% filled with Yanqing at this point... Ooooooooh the song that plays at Starskiff Haven was honestly the best kind of introduction we could have ever goten for our introduction to a city at the Xianzhou in all honesty. I love how well it feels like the Xianzhou. It feels both like ancient history while simultaneously sounding very futuristic and high technology. Yanqing's Boss Fight OST was also really good as a whole, and in all honesty it is not talked about enough I feel. I am glad Hoyo started using the boss' music in Memory of Chaos/Pure Fiction/Apocalyptic Shadow, since they didn't in the past. I remember I talked about that in the past and then they actually brought it into the game and I was so happy when Something unto Death released. I think an OST for Abundance Yanqing would be absolutely amazing, I think it would be incredible to hear a collide of the Hunt and the Abundance be heard from within the OST through the instruments. Something like a chaotic harmony, I definitely like the inclution of the flute for it Also yesssss Omori is so freaking good. That game was one of my favorite ones of all time. I was so happy to play it all the way through and explore as much of it as possible despite how scary a lot of it was. Their OST is just so good and it makes me so happy.
