My birthday is in July too! Let us both get our acts together! I'm thinking of changing my book count from 60 to 52. I still want to keep my unread TBR to under 100 but the obligatory birthday haul is right around the corner lol
There's still time to meet your goals. I'm falling a little behind on my mine but I'm not doing too bad. My birthday is in Feb so my reset is very close to the start of the new year, haha. By the time it's Oct thru Dec I've given up, hahaha😂 I'd love to see more bookends. Those are always fun to watch!
thanks, Jess! we can finish this year strong with our goals, i just know it! and a bookends should be coming out soon...as soon as i gather up all the books i bought 😩
Ive been reading the women’s prize for nonfiction long list and every book so far has been 4 or 5 stars. Highly recommend the list for reading more nonfiction!
That’s great that you’ve been reading at least one book from select countries. That’s a success In and of itself 😊 I’m terrible at participating in readathons 😂 I start and then I fall off. However, if it’s competitive, I stick with it. Since I’m participating in the Amazing Readathon, I’ve actually done every prompt so far and I’ve read a lot more than I have all year
i'm having a really fun time reading books from different countries. they're definitely things i probably wouldn't have picked up any time soon. how did the amazing readathon go for you? i love the idea of a readathon, i just don't think i'm built for them lol
@@RobinReads that’s great! I feel like I should do a challenge like that because like you said, I probably won’t get to them soon if it’s not a challenge. And I enjoyed participating! I’m a little burnt out on reading but I’ve read more in 1 month (20ish books) than I have in a long time.
