After you are done using the scribe to even out the bubbles and lines what are you doing with each cookie? It looks like you are shaking them a bit to even the surface but I suspect you may be applying a small bit of heated air? What do you use to do this? Please and thank you from a total beginner. :)

Hi! Just giving them a jiggle to smooth out the icing. Since slightly thicker icing is recommended for using embossed parchment paper, it doesn't smooth out on its own as quickly. No heated air or anything else special!

My apologies is this is a dumb question, but are the sheets single use only? For example if you use them with the same color icing, could you achieve the results a second or third time.

Hi! Sheets are reusable multiple times! I always recommend waiting to remove them until the icing is completely dry and then they come off very easily and can be reused several times.
