Let's explore traditional Mongolian wrestling with Stephen Pera

With Stephen Pera, let us explore traditional Mongolian wrestling, one of the "Three Manly Sports" of Mongolia's Naadam Festival. In the time of Chinggis Khan, wrestling provided Mongol soldiers with strength, stamina and skills training. Today, 800 years later, Mongol men no longer need to be battle-ready all the time, but wrestling remains a national obsession. Maybe its because wrestling is a part of Mongolia's values and identity.

It comes off as if you don't respect the Mongolian wrestling style at all. You said the average Mongolian has no need to be combat ready at any point, when they do. Mongolia is between Russia, Japan, and China. Pick up a history book. They're nomadic plain warriors. They often had nothing to do but eat, ride, hunt, and wrestle.
