you can get reflective mylar sheet in rolls, I imagine this would be good for the reflective backing replacement

Nice Video! I actually sourced that Game & Watch from Cairo, Egypt while on a two month hunt for a decent Legend of Zelda dual screen Game & Watch for my brother's birthday. I'm glad you've got it on the road to recovery!

Lol youtube recommended me this video now. Anyways, I had a Fire G&W I bought that was in pretty iffy shape like this, and I bought a replacement back reflector on Ebay and it made the image pop out twice as much as before. There's a lot of repair kits on Ebay for G&W stuff.

I had to do this exact restoration on a Squish G&W that I acquired last year. But I found that if I only worked one side at a time, it wasn't necessary to disconnect the speaker wires at all.

I had a mickey and donald that had this problem, and fixed it, but I was expecting you to also mention the faceplate reattachment over the buttons, as one of mine fell off much like yours! I mean in the octopus video by just looking at the motherboard you already know what kind of board it is and brought back a g&w from the grave with with only one wire, which is truly incredible ! I'm trying to fix up a g&w as well but am unsure what's a good replacement for the reflector,could aluminium foil do ?

I've tried using the back silver thin metal from an LCD casing and it looks good but it looks a bit faint... I'm wondering if it's because I didn't put in a filter.
