I lovveeeeee putting yoghurt in smoothies! I just use greek yoghurt cause I'm not vegan or anything, but honestly just yoghurt and frozen mixed berries is so simple and so delicious!
Girlll I feel the same, I love October because of the spooky/fun fall vibes but I couldn't care less about Halloween itself. (also in college its SUCH a huge deal and I just don't care lol)
My dad orders those cookies all the time! In massive boxes. I usually only eat one half in the morning and one half in the evening so I don't overload on protein in one go and give myself a stomach ache. The chocolate one is so delicious, and the birthday cake one isn't bad either!

Ugh. I feel your pain. I was the same at your age and it does level out, but then, at around age 40-45, you go through peri menopause....and that's even worse...the good thing is, by then, you have ways to cope and a support system, and you know what? It's ok to be grumpy and crabby and crying. I get the WORST tension migraines---yoga really helps and I notice you do that. Do lots of stretches in your neck and shoulders--it's really helped me.

Delaney Galloup have you tried birth control? That sometimes helps, with me at least. Maybe try some teas or herbal vitamins that claim to help. You never know right :) I hope you and your doctors find a solution quickly cause that sucks...
There’s good prescription medication for period symptoms you could try and get. Also you could try birth control if you’re not already on it. And this is a major step that I had to take cause nothing was working... stopping your period completely. I know they don’t know the long term effects of birth control but stopping my period just made life 100x easier. Also if you don’t feel comfortable stopping it completely you can get prescriptions so you only have it 4 times a year
Hey Reese!! I know this sounds crazy but Turmeric Lattes (with freshly ground Turmeric) is incredible for Period Pains!!! I am normally doubled over in pain for the first 3 days but if you have one every morning (especially starting 3 days before your period - if you track it) it helps SOO much! I just have mine with Almond Milk. I use this recipe and just blend the turmeric, ginger etc before I boil it. kaleandchocolate.com/recipe/creamy-turmeric-latte/ It works wonders!!

Hey I have really bad pms too, I found that being on a certain type of birth control helps me! I am on Cyred, I have tried others that made it worst but that one help
Reese, look up Tenille, plant the seed on RU-vid she had the same problems with pms as you and started seed cycling which really helped her, so check out her channel, I'm sure it will help xx
I use to have cramps and all the pms sintomas so bad ... then a doctor recommended me to take pills which are not that strong because they are “ appropriate “ to people with that.. it helped me a lot.
