Welcome Period Six Designs!
Fall is coming and there is going to be no better time to cuddle up with some wine and Netflix then now. Let's create some simple wine glasses that I picked up from the dollar tree and glitter from periodsixglitt... to create some magic!
***I use a FDA compliant epoxy that makes these cups safe to drink out of. There is a link below to the exact epoxy or you can research and find another brand that is FDA compliant for food and mouth contact***

I did, too! And the midnight blue with a small amount of the Golden Girl glitter mixed in (to look like stars in the sky) would be a good idea for a fourth glass to complete the set.

my jars are 2oz for the midnight and 1.5oz for the chunky and you could do this many times over with that amount

bling glasses ....and I love cobalt blues....I do pour paintings , but I want to try something that is more functional than just hanging on a wall.....so I'm gonna give this a try ...I have boxes of glasses from when we moved just waiting to be glamorized ...so your video really let me in on some more steps to increase details on the projects .Awesome

How long do you wait to add the 2nd coat of epoxy. Also do you leave the glasses turning on the cup.turner whe they dry?

How do you prevent the epoxy from leaking into your glass? I had a glass turn our beautiful but epoxy leaked into the glass causing the football to get stuck and ruined it

I don’t believe so, due to it getting hot. Epoxy is not going to do well in heat. (Maybe I’m wrong), but those are the instructions for my tumblers... hand wash only

The cup turned idea is a wow idea...I'm fascinated with your technique! Question, this same technique works on plastic cups ?? If I want to add letters to the design whats the best way to do it?? Using vinyl letters cutting them with a cricut maybe ?? Help pls thanks!
