Well brother it finally happened. Got my first propper street crash on the mt. Left turner cut me off from the right lane and while I didn't go down my exit path ked me to a super high curb that broje the shit out of my front rim. In the immortal words of Arnie, "I'll be back" rims already ordered but my knee was about the size of a watermellon, no hospital. All good. Ride on.
Man that sucks to hear. Glad you were good for the most part. All you can do is fix it up and move on. For the record my Mt will be back up very soon. I've not really posted on it cause I haven't been in a video mood lately and the lighting in the house is terrible for production but I've gotten everything done except the exhaust, alignment, and front tire and she will be good to go. Oh and waiting on the stunt cage to come in. 🫢
@4:26 thats what my path looked like identical but imagine I was just going through and the guy in the white truck just whipped it right. Thanks a lot for that.😤
Ok so to tag onto that something the camera will never show is I'm watching drivers and lights like a hawk as well as positioning myself in a spot where I have 2 exits. So the main thing I'm watching for is turn signals and brake lights. If the brake lights are on and they're stopped and then go off I'm expecting the worst and can adjust for it. If their signal is on there's a good chance they don't want to live with them selves knowing you were able to go and not them so I'm just watching for aggressive behavior.
Yes sir, I appreciate that I was fortunate and of all the ones that touched down. None hit here, and I live in a tornado spot. It's pretty close to where the big one hit in 2020, if you remember.
