We take a Hyperlapse walk through the Izinga Estate and talk about prices, living in the area, the pros and cons and of course the price. #izingaestate #umhlanga #dalaucrew
Good vedio jus wish you could slow it down just a bit so we can get better views of the estate and also include key landmarks like shops, club house, golf course etc. Please do Zimbali and Ballito area too. Thanks
Lol. (Just remember that it's not only the SA government fueling slums via open borders, but employers are fully involved. ultimately nobody wins). Anyway, there is one not very far from Izinga, it is very small some 1hr walk across N2. I doubt it will become large because that whole area is under the Cornubia developments. So it does seem like Izinga is very safe and won't attract hardworker slums, given the other area is Isibaya, a gem developing. Also Durban or KZN tends to be strong in keeping jobs local, however Indian areas tend to attract illegal immigrant slums, exactly because of open border slave wages. Basically every slum in Durban is close to formerly Indian areas.
What a Joke. Lived in Umhlanga for 44 years. You have no Idea if you think it's a good investment today What a joke😂. Umhlanga fomo. Too funny after 44 years. Trying hard to keep up with the crew😂
