S M A L Easy. Right click enable keyframe for speeding. Ctrl + Click to create a key frame. Hold the Keyframe and Extend It a Little bit. Then Drag the segment before the keyframe to create a gradient. Do the same thing at the end of the clip. U can also keyframe the position of the clip to fake the camera movement.
