I love the explanation in the beginning, so no one feels like they should or need. Thank you for that. My self care days can vary. Sometimes I go shop of self care other days I literally rot in bed reading.

I am definitely the type to just stay in bed and play my switch for self care, spending money would stress me out, but did look fun!
