I took 1.5 hrs van ride from Roxas City, Capiz to Kalibo, Aklan. Kalibo is one of the gateways to get to the island paradise of Boracay (the other is Caticlan). But this time we are just going to explore Kalibo.
The staff at Platito's Kitchen and Monroaster are top notch friendly and welcoming. The food is great. The lechon is very delicious even without sauce 😊
That is true. A lot of people just pass by Kalibo as entry point to Boracay but they missed out sights and sounds of Kalibo as well as the warmth hospitality of the locals.
